How long will an iPad last?

Assuming if you do not drop it or bump into anything it can last a very long time. Some last for as long as 5-7 years but over time if you write files to the ipad internal memory alot that can eventually slow down the ipad since the internal memory is NAND flash the cells die out over time with program installing and uninstalling.

Why cant i access the internet even though i have an internet connection?

Sometimes the wifi connections get messed up. Try quitting all apps, turn the iPad off and restart it. You may want to do this with the units connected to the internet cable as well. You may have to delete the connection and reconnect from your iPad, too. Good luck...

How to maximise your iPad battery life?

And while the iPad may have a fairly long battery life, you're still going to need a few tips on how to keep it lasting as long as you can. Here are some hints on how to perverse the iPad between charges:

In the "settings" folder there is an option to turn down the screen brightness. Keeping it down a little won't ruin your experience and will help prolong life.
Turn off 3G and WiFi services when they aren't needed. You'll only need them when connecting to networks or downloading/browsing data, so turn them off when you can.
Make sure apps aren't running in the background when they don't have to. Turning apps off from the multitasking tray can save you some juice.
Run the battery out every few weeks. Giving the iPad a full charge will ensure it remains in good condition.
Turn the screen off. When you aren't using your iPad, then turn the screen off and don't waste any unnecessary power.

I have a turn off problem. Sometimes, when I turn off ipad, slide to power off, then screen for "slide to unlock" will pop up and try to search wifi/3g connection, after no searching is found, then...

That behaviour is strange. I've never seen anything like that happen and i've owned iPads from the first version on.
I strongly suggest you make a last backup and then use iTunes to reinstall the iPad.
It might be a good idea to start without using the backup and test if turning off is working as expected then. After that reinstall the iPad again and use the Backup you made first to have all your settings, apps and such back. If the problem returns it's in the backup ....

Ipad won't turn on

Hold the on switch and menu button together for a hard reset. If you can reset it, there may be an issue with your motherboard. If apple doesn't replace it for you, You can get the board at iPad Repair and there is a guide that shows you how to put in the part at Electronics Repair Guide.
