It's not a real message, it's fake. FB has no way of knowing if you've got malicious software or not. The scammers know you trust FB and that way you'll click their 'scan' link.
Ignore it. If you're worried, run a scan **but NOT from any link that the FB post provides** - use your mcfee/norton/avg whatever.
