How do you loosen the ******** the shimano wm63 mtb shoes?

I am not familiar with MBT making a shimano shoe. I would suggest that you get of the second generation shoes that have a more stable rocker sole. It will be more agreeable to people who don't wear them as a matter of course and need to stand for time that they wear them.

First off this is the category for Motorcycle Protective Gear. The Bell Sequence Mountain Bike Helmet in matte black is not DOT approved for Motorcycle use. In any case the serial numbers are 2038082, 2038083, and 2038084 for small, medium, and large.

Other than the ticking sound is there any problem? The gearing is planetary and has its own 'normal' sounds depending on what ratio is selected.

Maybe it needs specific tweaking.

On my ROAD bike could a Sram/Truvati XX or XO (crankset 42/28-cassette11/36) work smoothly with Sram red doubletap Thank you.

To use Sram Red Shifters with such a wide range rear cassette requires a Sram 10-speed MTB rear derailleur such as an XX or X.0, it will work without problems with your red shifter.

Because it is a road bike, i suggest leaving the road crankset and front derailleur in place. If you need low gearing I suggest a compact front crankset.

If you need to use a mtb crankset, attept to use the road front derailluer with it.

Are you talking about the rear gears? First, THOUROUGHLY clean the drivetrain. That means the derailleurs and the chain. Use a degreaser like Simple Green and a scrub brush to really clear out all the grime and gunk. When the bike is dry, use a good bicycle chain lubricant on the chain following the manufacturer's application instructions. Now, shift into the highest gear (smallest cassette cog) and then release the cable at the derailleur. Pull the cable tight and retighten the bolt. You should be able to get first now, but if you can not, it may be that you need to adjust the "L" setting on the derailleur to allow you to shift further out and onto the last cog. Check out parktool.com/repair for more details and pictures on the process.

Hope this helps,
matt
