I would say you have a problem with the router unless you are not reading the situation correctly, the other alleged connections will not be accessible for any reason unless you are the one paying for that connection, it would be illegal otherwise, so i am going to assume that you have a faulty router.

My pro 39 scanner loses memory after unplugged for 24 hrs..Question: is there a memory storage battery inside unit..

Here's a link to your radio's manual. Make sure the rechargeable batteries are able to accept a full charge. If they have been recharged more than a couple of hundred times, they may need to be replaced.

Pay attention to which jacks your are powering the radio through. The PWR and CHG jacks perform some similar, but very different functions.

The AC or DC adapter can be connected to the CHG jack when you wish listen to the radio (and recharge at the same time) ONLY when NiCad batteries are installed (or to simply recharge the NiCad batteries with the radio off). Recharging with the radio off will allow the batteries to recharge fastest (10 - 18 hrs).

As per the manual, you should not connect a power source to the CHG jack if using anything other than NiCad batteries in the radio, as they will heat up and could explode, instead connect to the PWR jack whenever using regular, non-rechargeable batteries.

Will I decrease the life span of my lap top if I leave the monitor on 24 hrs a day???

I would suggest you to turn the power button on the monitor off when then computer is not in use as you do not need display if you are not working.
Electrical equipment has a life on all of its electronic components inside which will decrease the life if its left on for 24hrs. Monitors of these days comes with sleep facilty which disables the monitors motherboard but the power supply has a constant current which is again an electronic device.
Final answer to you qustion would be to keep the monitor turned off when not in use.

Error 1203 printer not working

Here is what I found about the 1203 error in the dell community site.
It's mean your catridges overflow even from brand new catridges after a several prints or right after you refilled the catridges. Check to see if ink are smeared on the holder where the contact panel with the catridge. I have the same problem which I think lexmark have a proble and overlook.
I use the klennex with a few drops of water to dampen and clean off those contact on the holder and my printer work again.
The refill ink work very well if you let it sit 24 hrs. Then before you print anything, you should run aligned the catridges a couple times then run clean catridges a couple times.
Print the test page to see how it's look and way you go.
Be sure not to leave any debris of klennex on those holder contact panel.

To reset the error code, disconnect the power cord from the wall. Also remove the power brick from the back of the printer for 60 seconds. Then connect everything again.

your themal fuse needs replacing. you access the fuse by unsrewing the control panel then then removing the plastic cover that protects the power supply board. the fuse is the white piece that's located on your power supply board that has 2 wires connected to it. a black wire and a black wire with a white stipe.
