I would like to ask you a few trouble shooting questions before proceeding further. The questions are mentioned below
1. Did you download any software or anything before the problem started.
2. Did the problem start after you downloaded whatsapp.
3. When was the last time you updated your phone.
If you have downloaded anything from the net then please go ahead and uninstall it or delete it. Delete Whatsapp and then update your phone. Once your phone is updated then please go ahead and delete all the cache files in the settings of your cell phone. Please go ahead and install whatsapp. Let me know if you still face the problem.

Restart your Phone
Sign-out from Apps account
Sign back in
search for WhatsApp application
download it.
download and install blackberry pc siute latest version, connect yo fone. google whatsapp for blackberry n download the installation file then use the blackberry pc suit applications panel to browse to the file n install onto phone
