Question about Televison & Video
The movie is playing and it frizzes, hard to to continue to play. The working bitten said that it is working, sometimes it starts again , but sometimes I have to go back to the choice continue or start from the beginning.
Hi, your DVD Player has probably a problem with your optical bloc. You can try to insert a clean-up cd or clean-up directly the laser sense cell but if the problem persist you have to go to a repairshop. But take a look at the price to repair maybe the best is to buy a new player. Sorry for this answer and have a nice day.

Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
New users get to try the service completely Free afterwhich it costs $6 per call and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).

I have a K715 that was having the same problem. The "line select" had been switched from "in" instead of "out". Once I switched it back to "out", the player worked normal.

SOURCE: Does not play any disc
Thats bad..Did you try another disc? If this happens even with a different disc. You will need to get a lens cleaner(costs about 5$) and try cleaning the lens. If it still doesn't work then you will have to replace the lens. The reason why it died suddenly is probably because the lens circuitry somehow got shorted. Try cleaning and if not.. replace.

Your DVD players may have slip out of calibration. You can try setting them back to factory specifications. To do this go to the set up menu main page. Highlight preferences and press enter.Next highlight defaults and press enter. This will reset the DVD player to the factory settings. This procedure is explained in the owners manual on page 26. If this does not solve your problem, you can try using a cleaning disc to clean the laser head and transport. This should restore the laser, and transport so that you can use it. If you are still experiencing problems with the DVD player, you can call Audiovox customer support at this telephone number. 1-800-645-4994. Give them the model number of you DVD player and tell them about the problem you are having with the DVD player. I hope this information helps you with your problem.
