I have been billed $28.72,and i do not know what it is for?Please cancel any further auto payment to my credit card.Please advice your action taken.

First, I advise you put a stop payment at your bank for the charging company. You can ask the bank to trace the transaction source for contact details, sometimes you have to request in writing that is sent priority mail with signature required.

You might contact your banking institute and share your problem with them and ask them to block FIne Art from accessing your checking account and ask them to contact Fine Art to refund money to your account. My bank has done this for me several times because of hackers accessing my account. They've even given me new accounts and closed old one. Also contact your credit card company and dispute the charge explaining everything to them. They will investigate.

Im not sure which country you live and the banking system regulations
you might be better of paying bills through a direct debit to avoid cash price penalties which banks charge for credit card payments
but to answer your question you should be able to pay bills by your credit card as long as you have a good credit rating (you might not need a rating at all)

Contact your reseller/vendor. They'll be able to reverse or cancel the charge. If they can't or won't, contact your bank.

I get billed 1 Riyal currency nearly 3 times a day. Please help. What should I do?


If paid via credit card, you phone your credit card provider and tell them to cancel all payments to them and ask for a refund of all charges made fraudulently so far. The onus is then on the company taking the payment to prove to the credit card company that you requested it. This is one way that paying via credit card is better than any other way.

The payment will have a name and a reference number next to it. Try Googling the name and it might jog your memory.

You can only cancel your transaction if the recipient has not claimed the money. To request a refund, you'll need to contact the recipient of the payment.

To cancel the payment from your bank:

1. Log in to your PayPal account.
2. Click the My Account tab.
3. Click Unclaimed next to the transaction.
4. Click Cancel Payment.

The payment will be returned to your PayPal account, not your bank account. From there, you can withdraw the money from your PayPal account to your bank account.

To cancel your credit card payment:

1. Log in to your PayPal account.
2. Click the My Account tab.
3. Click Unclaimed next to the transaction.
4. Click Cancel Payment.

Your payment will be returned to your credit card. This can take up to 30 days.

I need to cancel the F150 truck mirror for 2005-2006. I am being billed for 2 mirrors. I only need the 2004 mirror.


Log into your PayPal account at the PayPal website. Go to history under "My Account" and click "details" for the transaction in question. Scroll to the bottom and click on "Resolution Center". From there follow the steps. This will contact the seller and you and the seller with PayPal's help will work out the problem you have.

I wish to cancel my norton account and auto billing set up I have changed to an apple Mac & no longer wish to have norton security


If you have the norton cd there number should be on the case.
Otherwise you would need to e-mail the company with all your information.
www.symantec.com should be able to cancel through this site
Did you uninstall the norton from your computer.
I have been told some people have trouble cancelling the norton and I have done it for them.
I suggest if payment comes directly from your credit card you call the credit card company as well
and ask them to no longer take payments for norton you are cancelling subscription.
