Just use the formula: Radius = Circumference/2?. It does not matter what model calculator you have. Good luck!

SOURCE: Inputing factors on a casio fx-115es calculator

Unless I am failing to understand your problem, just combine like terms to get:
9x^2+2x+4 and then enter those coefficients into the quadratic solver.
That will get you the two answers -- both of them will be complex.
If you wanted to turn those two answers into factors (complex) of the original equation simply
change the signs on each and put an x in front.
Of course, the quadratic formula would also work.

SOURCE: Trying to get the inverse of a matrix

Hello,

The error may be due to the key you used to signifie inverse. It says in the manual that you should use the key x^-1 not the one used to input general powers.
Here is screen capture from the Appendix to the manual. The picture shows the sequence of keys to press to obtain the inverse of a 2x2 matrix. It is taken from page 41 of Appendix

moz-screenshot-1.pngd2bc4ab.jpg
The matrix used in the exemple is
a_11=2 a_12=1 a_21=1 a_22=2
Here is the link to download the manual and the appendix

SOURCE: problems with fractions on the Casio fx-115es

Hello,
To convert fractions to decimals or decimals to fractions, you use the [S<->D] key. Each time you press the key the result is displayed in the other format.
Alternatively, If you multiply or divide two integer numbers put a decimal mark at the end of one of the numbers (any one). The result will be displayed in decimal format.

Hope it helps.

SOURCE: Does anyone know how to calculate derivatives

hello,
The calculator will calculate the derivative at a point. It will not give you the formula for the derivative, just the derivative at the point you choose.
Sorry, it can ONLY do NUMERICAL differentiations and integrations.

What is the area of a circle if the circumference is 2 pi inches

area formula is PI x r squared
that is 3.1417 times the radius of the circle squared
example is:- 3.1417 times 3 inches squared =3.1417 times 3x3=3.1417x9=28.279 square inches if you want to work back from a circumference measurement, the formula for circumference is 2 x PI x radius or PI x diameter
if you have a circumference of 12 inches then the dia is calculated 12 inches = dia x PI to get the diameter , divide the 12 inches by PI and that will be the diameter so that is 12 divided by 3.1417 =3.819 inches
now you can go from the first formula the radius is the diameter divided by 2 so the radius will be 3.819 divided by 2 = 1.909 inches
so applying the area formula it becomes 3.1417 times 1.909 times 1.909 =11.458 square inches
to find your answer simply substitute the dimensions in place of the example figures.in the relevant formula.

A circle has an area of 153.86 square inches. Using 3.14 for pi, find the radius and circumference of the circle. Round your answer to the nearest hundredth when necessary. a. r = 7 inches C = 43.96 inches...

Answer is A. Divide area by pi to find the circumference. (153.86/3.14 = 49) Determine the square root of the circumference to find the radius. (sqrt of 49 = 7)

How do I do feet and inches calculations on the Casio FX-115ES Plus? For example, how can I do calculations like 10'-3" + 5'-4" + 11'-11" without having to convert the inches to feet?

You can combine all the feet together 10+5+11=26 feet
Combine all the inches together -3-4-11=-18 inches=-2 ft + 6 inches
26 ft -2ft +6 inches =24 ft +6 in=24.5 ft
You can also multiply each inch -value by 1/12
10-3/12+5-4/12+11-11/12=10+5+11 -(3+4+11)/12=26-18/12, continue

Calculators work to base '10' not base '12', so you'll have to convert. the S.I. unit of measurement is used for calculators which is metres and they are base '10'. The metre was calculated by a french bloke who got the calculation wrong, but they still use it. Feet and inches are better.

How to find the length ot the arc ,a circle has a radius of 45cm.

You can not do it unless you know the measure of the central angle sustending (supporting) the arc. If the angle is known, you use the proportionality relation that follows:
If angle is in degrees
(length of arc) / circumference=(measure of central angle sustending arc)/360.
Here the circumference is 2*PI*radius.

If angle is in radians , the relation is somewhat simpler,
arc length= (radius length)* (angle measure in radians)
It is clear that in the last relation, the unit for the arc length is the same as the unit for the radius.

On which calculator can i solve 6*6 matrix

If you want to manipulate 6x6 matrices, you can use one of the CASIO Graphing calculators, such as theCFX-9850GPlus, or the FX-9750G plus.
Graphing calculators from other manufacturers can also handle such matrices. The FX-115ES can handle matrices with dimensions up to 3x3.

My casio fx-115ES is stuck in scientific notation

The FX-115ES can only handle ten digits. 14! is an eleven-digit number, thus the calculator can only display the first ten digits and a power of ten.
