Question about Office Equipment & Supplies
This can happen. Go to Control Panel > Devices and Printers.
Here you should see a hardware list of icons, including both your Kodak Hero and the XPS Writer. If the Kodak Hero is not there you will need to re-install the drivers and software from the disk which came with the printer. However, if it is there all you need to do is right click on the Kodak icon and from the menu that comes up click on "Set as default" and a green arrow should appear against the icon like this showing that the Kodak is the default printer and will show up first in any programme from which you print.
