How and where can I get my Lemax Starburst Ferris Wheel repaired?

Lemax provide ZERO support to their products once they are discontinued exactly 12 months after release date. You use them perhaps a month maximum and then put them away, so basically, the warranty is 1 month!.

There some good third party videos though and one company does generic Chinese parts

If you have a digital multimeter, you can test the total voltage at the end contacts in the battery compartment. Also test the switch. Lemax give no support to items they sell once they are 'retired', so the best option is to take it to a local model shop. They will repair or know someone that does. They will be busy as everyone is pulling their Christmas stuff from storage. Lots on here this week.

Our collectors have had success locating hard-to-find items such as this on 3rd party vendor sites like Ebay and Amazon. Lemax collectors have found assistance with local repair technicians and hobby shops that deal with similar electrical giftware. Our best recommendation for repair would be to google hobby/electrical repair shops or technicians in your area.

A worn gear should still work. You can buy gears from Amazon. You need the diameter and the number of teeth on the outside and on the centre shaft.

Your best bet would have been to take it to a local model shop, as they normally know someone that does repairs.

No fuses. Take it into a local hobby shop. They will have someone who repairs them. There is a video if you want to attempt it.
