Ummm. You realize that this isn't the company's site. This site isn't affiliated with any manufacture. It is a BB site where people can post questions about broken products they have in the interest of trying to find someone who may know the root cause of the problem they are having & possibly suggest a fix. You posted you're phone #, somebody who is not too courteous could start planking your number or something. You may wanna see if you can delete this post.

I to have a sound problem with the W3201''
I too have a sound problem witn the W3201C 32 inc LCD TV. My set is a mere 2 years old. the sound pulses when turned on, however after about 20 mins or so wih the sound muted, the sound does clear up - how long this fix will work is anybodies guess and when that fix goes, what then. I have phoned Dell and they told me they no longer make either this TV or the parts to repair it. I REALLY dont think we should silently put up with this
shoddy workmanship, If Dell refuses to replace these defective TV's, which were certainly not cheap - I for one am seeking legal counsel

Replacing the board would be WAY too expensive just to restore the sound on the tv's speakers. You would be much better off getting a receiver or Home theater in a box setup.

I would take it back to the store and try a different brand. RCA is no longer made by Thomson and is now being outsourced mainly to China. You have already had two problems with the same model. Odds are if you find one that lasts longer it will last just long enough for the warranty to expire and die. I guess this really all depends on if it has been less than thirty days from the last exchange.

You won't be registering your new TV with this site. You have to actually go to the website for the manufacturer of your TV. You gave no indication of brand so can't help you specifically. Your warranty or registration card should give you specific details.

It's not possible, you have to call yourself or someone posing as you since the customer care will ask the sim card information like on whose number it's registered, address etc.. so I would suggest you to call the customer care of your service provider/network operator and get the information from them, they'll give you the code assist you how to enter the code.

I've been hearing the Vizio web site have been having problems with on-line registration. So, just in case the on-line registration doesn't go through, you'll have to call the Customer Service number to get it finished.

yes you have to otherwise if something goes wrong they might not replace or fix your TV.you need to fill out the warranty card according to the date of purchase.also call customer service and get yourself registered so in case you need any help or clarifications they can provide you with ease.

The first person I talked to was not helpful at all. You need to ask to speak to someone in executive customer service. Tell them that you have researched it on the internet and it several people have had the same issue with that TV. Because I had my receipt, they agreed to extend my warranty and have someone come out and fix it. The warranty is only extended three months beyond the repair. It took about 4 weeks to get it fixed because we are in a rural area of Tennessee.

They did fix it, but from what I have read online, I expect it will happen again in another 18 months. They will not fix again - they already told me that. I will NEVER buy another Samsung product again.

If you look back through the postings on the fixya site, you will see where someone has posted the phone number to call, but if you just call Samsung and ask to speak to someone in executive customer service, that should work.

I wish you the best - I know how frustrating it is!!

Hello,
I would advise you to ALWAYS to FIRST UNPLUG YOUR VACUUM before beginning any service procedure. You can always call the Royal factory and they can send you out a warranty card or the cust serv dept can do it over the phone, you would need the brand name, Model # and serial # in order to register the factory warranty. Other wais as a rule you have a one year factory warranty with your customer receipt as proof of purchase or you can call the factory.

So if you need further assistance, please feel free to contact your local vacuum cleaner dealer in your area or in the yellow pages, or contact the factory phone number or website to further assist you with your questions.
