My bed has gotten stuck, I changed the batteries in the remote and the bed still will not function. Can the motor burn out or can it still be the remote. I have a split C/King and both sides of the bed are not working.
Ring the store or manufacturer and see if you can get it fixed for a reasonable price if it is not under warranty. Then either sell it, give it to a charity, a homeless person, or throw it out and buy a bed that does not have a motor. After all you will not be driving it.
Testimonial: "It is a bed not an air conditioner."
SOURCE: Remote control not functioning
is the remote lit up if so it maybe the sensor on the wall unit cant communicate with each other like a tv remote
I have a remote for adjustable bed that won't work. I know it is the remote, because I put a new 9V battery in and the red light doesn't come on. Model No:R2-T3. FCC ID: MGB _R2-T (03-680252-03). I see someone posted the same problem and don't see any recommendation to fix or replace it.
