Silver Light is required to use netflix on your computer,
Once it downloads and says it's installed you will need to reboot your computer. You can do this by shutting it all the way down, or choosing the reboot option.
Once it powers back on, you should be able to open netflix website and begin watching movies.
These steps may also help.

This sounds like a time to contact Netflix. It is very likely that you entered some information wrong, and they think your information looks like someone else's. Something is wrong, and they probably think you have already had a free trial. I'm told that's the most common reason they won't give someone a free trial.
Okay, I think you mean that you signed up for the free 30 day trial of Netflix but can't get them to play on your laptop. And that it keeps asking you to "ch" movies on you laptop. I assume "ch" means something, but not sure what. In any case, to play movies on any device from Netflix you must first register that evice. To do that you sign in to netflix on that device and then enter a confirmation code sent to a SECOND device (a PC, Cell phone, Tablet, etc). So, if you can't play movies on your laptop AND you can log in to your Netflix account, you need to register the laptop with them first.
To do this go to Netflix and log in. Go to your account and look at the list of options. One of them says "activate a device." Follow instructions and all should be well. Just remember, you will need to put in the code...which may be delivered to a different device (though probably not since you are using a PC).
