Question about Cell Phones
Look at whitepages.com. Select "Phone." There's a reverse phone lookup (which is where you put in the phone number and get a result) - you may get a name, or you may just get an area. There are other services (just put "reverse phone lookup" into google) that may charge a minimal fee for the actual name if whitepages.com does not reveal it.
