I use to have the same problem, but downloaded a fuser patch at the Xerox site:

There is mostlikey a scrap of paper that you can not see still in the machine. You can gently walk a thicker piece of paper through the paper path and see if it pushes out the obstruction. Be very careful not to scratch the drum when you try this.

Most likely you are using generic ink or ink not made for that specific machine. The black ink is the one causing the problem. the printer will then need to be reset.

SOURCE: repeated paper jams
These errors are usually caused by a cracked DM Camshaft (Drum Maintenance). This was a very common problem for Xerox, they usually broke while under warranty, but there a heck of a lot out there that are just now going bad after a year.
You may or may not need to replace the "Motor Process Drive Gears" as well as the DM camshaft.
You might be able to talk Xerox into doing this as a warranty repair, if you ***** real loud.

Fix, well i am a dentist in Marysville washington and just got this printer from a family member and same thing was going on.
I looks like paper stuck in the middle roller. I just got a small mirror and pair of dental tweezers and removed a lot of jammed paper. it works fine now but you need do go to the dental section in drug store, so you can see where the jam is at.
