What are the steps to replacing a radiator in my 6 cylinder with a/c

Not really that difficult..... Unfasten the screws that hold the shrouds for both fans. Remove the electric fan and just push the other one back out of the way. Remove the air filter box (bolts visible in the bottom under the filter) That will give you better access to the trans cooler lines and lower hose.
Remove the cross brace above the radiator and the trans cooling lines. (one line is a plastic squeeze clip...careful not to break it but do clean it well so it grabs correctly when putting it back on).
Remove the lower and upper hoses and lift the radiator up carefully. Make note of any smaller brackets and what-not I may have forgotten. Anything still holding it in will be obvious.
Re-assembly is the reverse but be very careful not to damage the core. Also, before putting it back in, make sure there are no leaves or other obstructions trapped between the radiator and a/c condenser.

Having trouble in putting filter back after omega

Try inserting it into the back first, then the front. One side is spring loaded and the filter has to be inserted against the spring first, and depressing it, while the other end is pushed up into the filter frame and released to secure it in the frame.

Brookstone pure ion filters

You need to reset it, unplug the unit and take out both filters. Then, plug it back and and simultaneously and firmly slam both filters into the back of it at the same time. Before putting both filters back inside the until, also vacuum out the insides in case there is hair/dust inside of it that has accumulated.
Also, make sure your filters are 100% dry before every putting them back inside the unit.
Good luck!
