I had an electrical draw in my 97 Pontiac Bonneville SSEI. The fuse controls the trunk release and RAC..What does RAC stand for?

Retained Accessory Control. It's autospeak for power that is maintained after the vehicle is shut off to allow the trunk to be opened for example.

Can any body tell me where i can buy a new curcuit board for a Hitachi aircon RAC-35YHA1, after going through this site it may be the prob with it, it seems to come on and the just goes on to a low fan...

You can purchase the board at any HVACR wholesale-distributor supplier / warehouse that deals in and with Hitachi products.

Check the yellow pages of your phone book or call a local heating and cooling company and ask them what supply house they get their equipment from; perhaps they'll help. Some, if not most supply houses deal with licensed tradesmen only; for liability purposes and to protect the tradesman's business ($$$).
Try Grainger, Tower Equipment, Bell & Simmons, Torrco, B. Lipnick Supply Company, Johnstone Supply, Allied Supply Company, Ace Supply Company, Lewin Plimpton & Hill Supply. I hope my suggestion work out for you- best wishes.

Yesterday my wife had the car battery replaced by the RAC and her Pioneer DEH-2050MPG unit doesn't work now and gets no power to it. I checked the car fuse for the radio and it appears to be okay

Check all of your fuses. There are probably two fuse boxes in the vehicle. There may be a fuse either inline or on the back of the radio.

Hi, I have Hitachi model: RAS 63CHA4/RAC 63CHA4 The indoor unit looks working for the fan function, but not for the other function. The fan on the outdoor unit looks not working. What is the problem?

Is your compressor is working? If so, check motor to rotate manually. If hard to remove, replace bearings or motor. If easy to rotate, replace capacitor.
If your total out door is not working, check for power in out door unit. If not communication error between indoor and out door, provided you keep in right setting. If so, replace your indoor PCB.Helpful?

Blowing out warm air

Turn thermostat switch to 'cool' setting. It's a 'heat pump' and is in the heat mode.

Try checking your ground wires and make sure they are not dangling from a few thin copper strands. Also check to see that the wires have a solid connection to the contact points" corrosion, rust, poor or weak connections can cause a weak spark within your distributor. I had a 1989 suzuki swift that was in the shop for 2 months and after hours of research and 300.00 dollars in it could be this it could be that, I went down to thouroughly inspect all of my wiring harnesess and found one that was dangling by a few strands of copper wires. I crimped on a new connector, bolted the harness back onto the intake manifold, turned the engine over and the engine started immediatly! Wish I would had done it sooner! This was after I replaced the distributor, full tune up cap, rotor, plugs, wires and cleaning the fuel injectors. WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hitachi

I would really call your installers back mate.

If you have anything to measure air temp with I will take you though some tests.

But at this point I would say that your air con does not have any gas and the installers should come back. If they will not come back you should contact Hitachi warranty

Hope this helps
