Not really you have to replace the whole screen . its 1 piece. May I suggest a good auxillary case.

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).

I have an htc mobile phone provided bt BT. this phone is less than a year old, and both the red and green plastic buttons have broken and fallen off!! not through abuse. Is this a common fault, as BT do...

I keep my phone in my pocket and they never fell off, but my wife keeps her phone in her purse and has had to send it back for that problem three times now. So I would say it's a common problem on many of the HTC phones, if they are not held securely.

The touch screen doesn?t respond.

Call your carrier and Get insurance on the phone if you haven't already and then the insurance should cover it. They will insure the phone as long as it's working and turned on.

Then, a few days/weeks down the road, if it get's worse or completely stops working, you will be able to get it replaced. At this point, you may even get a Touch Pro in exchange for it when you do the insurance swap. They do charge $50-$100 deductable usually, but that's better than purchasing an entirely new phone when that one is no longer usable.

Also, here is a couple of sites that will definitely come in handy if you have an HTC Pocket PC:

http://www.ppcgeeks.com
http://www.ppckitchen.org

I hope this helps :)

By the way, I have two HTC Touch Pro and they both have issues. I think they are still trying to perfect these phones, but are far from it. The two sites I posted links to will help you get the most out of your Pocket PC until HTC and the Cellular Carriers get their stuff together with these phones...

HTC screen will not show

Have you tried just pulling the battery out for a few seconds, and replacing it. Letting it reboot and start again. You do wanna do this at least three-four times a week.
If the powercycle doesn't do thte trick, you'll wanna do the hard/master reset. As per www.htcwiki.com
Hard/Master Reset for a HTC Pocket PC: Warning: Performing a Hard/Master Reset will remove all of your data (settings, files, 3rd party applciations, etc.) from your device and will only reload the Windows Mobile Software and components. The method for Hard Resetting/performing a Master Reset on HTC devices can vary by model. Below are the instructions for the most common method. If these steps do not work for you, consult your user manual or contact your wireless carrier for additional assistance.
  • With the device powered on, press and hold the Left and Right Soft Keys.
  • Whilst holding the Left and Right Soft Keys, perfrom a Soft Reset on the device by inserting the stylus into the reset hole.
