Question about Televison & Video
Bottom half of my LG tv gets dark horizontally across the screen.
Back - light problem. Check and replace damaged component/s at its back-light inverter board, or replace this board as card basis. If you wish to get some details; check the site linked here. Surf the site with patience. Pull up older posts. It will be best to replace the inverter board as card basis.

Fixed non moving lines usually means you have a problem in the panel display or t-con. If it is in warranty get it to a factory authorized service center. If not you can try to change the t-con and see if this fixes the problem, if not then it will be the panel it's self and will be cost prohibitive to repair.

This is a drive issue caused most likely by the driver board for the LCD panel. Best contact the manufacturer regarding a warranty repair if they will do it. It will be best if you bought an extended warranty.

My new TV LCD Samsung LC32C530 Series 5 has one half darker and with less contrast than the other. This is noticeable now always. There is a distinct and clear division down exactly half the display which separates the dark and light sides.. Any ideas?Thank you.
