SOURCE: not pumping water

Hello my name is Heath it will be my pleasure to assist you. There is a strainer screen inside the hose fittings that could get plugged with grass or cotton wood check that you will have to disconnect the inlet hose from the pump to check.

SOURCE: Where can I get a new motor for an Intex pump model 637 or 12R

first off water should not be getting to the armature area. be carefull with how you are taking care of your pump.
secondly a 1500 gallon pump is very weak I would advise at least 2500 or even the intex 4000
the most important part of pool maintenance is circulation.

if you have time check into electric motor rebuilding in your area
but sometimes that is more expensive than buying new

also if you have a valid receipt and the pump is less than 90 days old call intex and they will send out a new one within 24 hours
good luck

THE FOAM IS USED AS A AIR FILTER AND A NOISE REDUCER , WHEN THESE BLOWERS GO BAD 90% OF THEM CAN'T BE REPAIRED ! = JUNK.. TO SEE IF YOU HAVE A RESTRICTION IN YOUR LINE OR LINES ,USE A SHOP VAC TO **** AND BLOW THE LINES IN AND OUT.. THESE BLOWERS ARE HELD IN USUALLY WITH ONE SCREW AND ARE EASY TO REPLACE ONE MORE CHECK 4 YA IS, THERE MIGHT BE A CHECK VALVE INLINE ON THE BLOWER , IT MAY BE BAD . Pump is not pumping water on intex purespa error E90, what could be the problem?

I to have run into this issue and i saw a repair using a piece of brass rod. If you open the motor cap where the impeller is located you will find the impeller guide shaft is made of a cheep piece of plastic and has broken it is a magnetic motor guided assembly and all it does is hold the impeller in the exact place. well i have found just the piece that you can fashion a quick fix from and you can find it at any hardware store. I happened to get mine from home Depot. buy a toilet handle brass lift kit paid 3.00 for it.
the larger piece is a perfect fit cut it to size and file the end of any sharp edges. works great

No water flow e90 fault code intex pure spa

Unplug the unit. The E90 code on the intex spa is due to a dirty water flow sensor. Remove the control panel and all the screw holding the casing on. In the white plastic piece on the discharge, top hose, you will see a silver nut with a black wire coming from it. That's the sensor. The black wire is plugged into a white wire, carefully unplug it and unscrew the sensor. Clean it good and blow out the hole it goes in. This will fix the code and you will be back in business!
