Question about Kyocera Office Equipment & Supplies
The Kyocera printer FS1920 says "processing" but never prints. Happens from the onboard menu and from the computer.
It would appear that there is a problem during translation from the document to the printer. The following procedure may help:-
Try turning off the printer, on the computer clear the pending jobs for the printer until none are left. Turn off the computer and wait for 30 seconds. Turn on the computer and wait until it is fully booted. Again check the printer queue is empty. If it is not clear it by deleting the pending documents again and then reboot again. Repeat if and as necessary until the printer queue is and remains empty. Restart the printer and again wait until it is fully booted. Hopefully this will have cleared the error and you can start printing again. Start with something small and simple so that you are not putting a significant processing load on either machine.
I give below a link from which the manuals for this machine may be downloaded. If the above procedure doesn't work there may be something in the manuals that will.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

To replace the toner in the Kyo fs 1920 you have to open the top cover, under you will se a small blue clip in the upper right section, you have to pull that to the right, it will release the the toner box what is the big black pice under the to cover. After removing the toner box place the new toner box in the right direction (if you are in front of the printer, you can read the text on the top of it) and push it gently down. You should hear a click and you can see the movement of the light blue clip. Ps.: don't forget to remove the orange pieces from the new toner box befor installing.

Reinstall the driver again, if it doesnot work, you have to update the firm ware of the machine, you can find this on kyocera website.

Not really sure about Mac, but if this happens on a PC, I would first uninstall the printer (software-wise) then download the latest drivers and install.

Log into your pc as admin and under the driver properties change from kpdl to pcl5
Its a combo of a problem with adobe reader and the KPDL driver
