Question about Televison & Video
I have replaced the battery. If I turn the switch on in the vehicle things work, I can start the car and unlock it but it will start in the middle of the night, even if the temperature is not low.
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.

It sounds like the system needs tach sensor reprogramming. The remote start system may have a tachometer sensing mode where the system "knows" that the car is running and to stop cranking the starter when when the engine is running. Generally when the vehicles battery is disconnected the system "forgets" the setting of the tachometer at idle which is programmed at the time if installation. Take it to a remote start installation store for this or get a hold of a maual for your system and shouldnt be too dificult to program.
