Question about Computers & Internet
There is a tool to check what your username for webmail purposes is here:
Blueyonder username alias checker
Enter your blueyonder email address and password into the checker and it will tell you what your user name is.
If the alias checker does not recognise your email address then it may be that your email account has become 'orphaned' from your virginmedia account. If this is the case you will have to ring in on 151 (free from a VM mobile or landline) or 0845 454 1111 from any other phone provider (chargebale) - select the problem with broadband option
You can go directly to the blueyonder webmail page via this link:
Virgin Media Sign in to My Virgin Media
I can't guarantee that this will work, but my research shows that it is hopeful.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
