My remote will not work on my living room LG television but it will work on my bed room LG television

I am assuming it does not turn on. Did you try a different outlet that you know is working? If you know the outlet is working and the tv does not turn on or tries to turn on but does not then I believe the tv's power board has failed. If you use a remote, is the remote working? How old is the tv?

A signal splitter should be used in conjunction with two or more TVs.

The remote itself can be tested by almost any TV shop to see if working or not---pointed at a tester and any or all buttons pushed to see if remote is working or not.

Many digital cameras will in a very dark room react in same way with a faint flash on the camera display when buttons are pressed.

If remote tests good the set does have a remote receiver built into the front of it, that would be suspect if the remote checks good.

Actually it is a very good idea especially if you are trying to save some room in your house or if you have a lot of stuff to store. However, it depends on your style. If you are trying to keep the overall look of the house as simple and light, then a storage bench in the middle of the living room, may look a little heavier, especially in smaller spaces. If you have room in your bed room, maybe you can get a storage bench and put it in front of your bed.

. Make sure that you don't have mute on, and make sure your TV speakers are turn on. Go to menu and see if there is a way to turn your internal speakers on. You will need the remote to do this. If you can't find the remote get a universal remote with a video or input button on it. The other set may not be the same model and has different features.
