You may be prematurely concluding what the problem is if thinking everything is erased is based on the fact you get only a white screen. First contact the manufacturer's tech support or the seller of the tablet to help with diagnosis and resolution.
Try this, hold down the power button, and the
Volume down buttons at the same time. Keep holding
Until you see a 3d android, lying on it's side.
Then use the volume down button, scroll down to either,
system reboot. Or factory reset ( if you have an SD card in, take it out first)
The reboot will just reboot your tablet, and it should
Turn on and fix the problem.
the factory reset, will erase everything in the system.
If it ran alight before, and you had stuff saved to the
Tablet, it will erase it also. I'm sorry but it can't be saved.
so make sure your SD card is not in.it will erase it too.
The factory reset will restore the tablets settings, and reboot. But only do this as a last resort. Hope this helps
Not knowing which exact one you have You try these steps
1. Try Pressing and holding the Power Button and the Home Button for about 15secs. to see if the tablet will come on if not
2. Reset by using the reset button you must use a paperclip or something similar to a paper clip to put in the tiny reset hole when you do you want to make sure that your putting the object all the way in until your tablet goes to the reset screen.
You might need to use your volume buttons to select wipe data factory reset.
Mind you this will erase everything that you have placed on your device and it will be lost for good unless you have backed it up, but if successful you will have a like new tablet in working condition again.
If you dont have the passcode then you will have to do a reset which will erase everything on device and put it back to factory settings. You need to have your itunes account up and running and your device plugged in at the passcode screen press and hold the power button and the home button at the same time. then slide the power off. turn it back on and it should connect to itunes. Then there is a button in itunes that says restore. This will erase everything on the device so hopefully you have backed it up recently.
Hello Let me clarify you question. When you say forgot password do you mean that you put a protective password to sign into your tablet and that is the one you forgot? If so there is no way to get back in without it unless you do a factory data reset on your device.. This will erase everything including your personal data unless you have backed it up somewhere and any apps that you have personally placed on the device as well but you can get those back as long as you use the same google account.
Before doing anything if you have a sd card in side you want to take that out or everything that you have on that card will be erased as well.
1.Press and hold the volume up button and then the power button until you see a black screen with blue lettering
2. To get to factory reset use your volume up and down button
3 Use the power button to select it.
4.Then you are going to want to do the same thing again to get to reset tablet
5.Using the volume up or down to get to Reset Tablet and then use the power button to select it.
6.You will be prompted asking you if your sure you want to reset the tablet just click on Erase Everything. Your tablet will begin the resetting process
7. When your tablet comes back up it will be up at the activation screen ie the setup process.
Hope this helps.
Step 1. In the device, select settings on the application list >select back up and reset >factory data reset >reset tablet >erase everything. step 2 . The system will erase all user data and reboot automatically. Please note all data will be erased from tablet!!!
Hi, Yes as a matter of fact you can re-format the whole enchilada by " finding " an " original equipment manufacturers " operating system c.d./d.v.d. then all you will have to do is choose boot from disc right after you power it on-you may even luck out and be provided with a " repair windows installation " option! then if it asks for one-and only if the brand of "OEM windows operating system " you have match your laptop-enter in the number from your Windows sticker on back. Hope this was of some assistance. Prodzilla.
