Question about Garden
Did you put a pin in the gear head assy to keep it from spinning and it still wont come off ??? you'll need to dis-assemble the trimmer head assy to get in further... you will also need a new trimmer head

I have the same model. Home Depot assembles their trimmers then sells them, so I didn't get the stuff that comes with it. A 3/16" punch works perfectly.

It is ridiculous, there are a bunch of bolts, and then a multi-fit brochure showing a grid of nonsense.
There are instructions on the inside of the package, however that is how to string the line.
