Question about Health & Beauty
My scale stopped working. so I replaced the batteries but it is still not working and don't know why.
Try removing the battery(s) and gently scrape the terminals where they would make contact with the batteries to remove any oxides. you could use a small exact knife or rub them with a nail buffer. Be sure that the new batteries are inserted observing the correct polarity.

The reboot below may clear theproblem from
your scale. You may need to do thisseveral times to completely reboot
the system. 1. Remove the battery from thescale
2. Set the scale on the floor withoutthe battery in place.
3. Stand on the scale for 10 seconds(still without the battery)
4. Carefully replace the batterywithout turning the scale on.
5. Using only one foot, tap the scaleor apply just enough pressure to
turn on the display. (It should showdashes or zeros) IMMEDIATELY
REMOVE YOUR FOOT.
6. Let the scale turn off
7. Step on the scale for a weightreading. Hope this will help you. GoodLuck.
