If the foot print (base dimensions) of the new washer is the same it should fit. Make sure it fits in to the holes in the base as you don't want it to wiggle off the base when it is in spin mode. Or you could drill holes and screw the base and machine together.

The error code "E10" stands for fill time too long, which could be an issue within your pressure sensor or control panel. I would recommend performing a reset on your appliance you can do that by unplugging the power cord or flipping the household circuit breaker for ten minutes. If that does not help correct the issue I would seek assistance from a professional to come and properly diagnose your washer. -Matt

LOC error code is displayed when the control panel is locked, to unlock it press the OPTION & SELECT button and hold them for 20 seconds. This should reset the control, if it does not then replacing the control is recommended repair. Please get back to me if you have any other questions.

The control lock feature has been turned on. This prevents someone from accidently changing the cycle or starting one. To toggle off the lock, press and hold Options and Select until the lock indicator goes off. (Holding the buttons will toggle the lock back on.) If you look closely at the Control Panel, you will see a small padlock icon with a line between the two buttons that set the lock.

Sounds like the electronic locking mechanism is malfunctioning. It is secondary lock which is supposed to enguage before the high spin cycle. It is about a $20 part.

The meaning for ddo error means "Dispenser Drawer Open"
To rectify this problem you should try opening and closing the door shut. There will be a magnet which shows that the door is closed or open.The magnet is underneath the dispenser door, you have to remove the dispenser from the washer, then take apart the dispenser itself to view the magnet. If the magnet is missing you have to replace it.

after taking the water to its drum to a given level it should start the thumble wash and if it wont then we should check the timer switch,motor,and the water level controler.so please call the engineer.

remove the bottom panel will find a tech sheet there with more specific instructions and the speed control bd is under the tub on the left hand side unplugged the unit before checking and the door lock is part of the com system turn the washer and see if the door lock light comes on try to open the door with the light on if you can that's where the problem is

turn the selector knob so the machine comes on then press the "options" and "select" bottons at the same time for 3 seconds.
