Go into the menu then display. It's probably set for "rear projection"

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Goodluck!

Powerlite 420 image upside down. How do I turn it around?

you will need to change the projection mode in order to flip the image:
Turn on the projector and display an image
hold down the A/V Mute button on the remote control for 5 seconds (whilst it is pointing at projector). Image will disappear then reappear flipped.
To change back, repeat this process

Visionmax hd 1080p cannot zoom in

twist the lens. I have same projector, just need to turn the lens. Is your picture pixel filled? Mine looks like the perfect picture but with a wicked yellow grid. cant see it from 20 feet away, but in the room WOW.

Flip Mino HD wont do anything and the light is stuck on. Had it plugged into USB to download and charge...came back stuck like this.

You can always try a reset... on bottom of camera inside opening for tripod there is a tiny hole. Take a small paper clip and stick it in the hole and hold to a count of seven. Repeat a couple times.... and good luck.
Simple things first.
