I'm assuming that you're trying to stream a 1 hour video in 720p to your laptop.
 check your internet speed (www.speedtest.net. If it's lower than
10MBPS, lower the quality.
 don't try to put the computer to sleep during playback
 before watching, jump through the video (click at the 10min markers). This forced the video to buffer in advance, versus the on-the-fly buffering
