Question about Garden
I bought a water hose in June and forgot all about it. As we were cleaning out the garage we found the pocket garden hose still in the box. I found the receipt and tried to bring it back to Walmart in R.I. but they refused because it was after the 90 days. I understand that you can not get the tax back on the item but with a receipt the retail purchase could be given back. Now, they told us that if we didn't have a receipt that they could give us a gift card for the iten minus the tax. But we would have to show our license and be put into a log book. WHY???? I have the receipt so if I didn't have the receipt I would be getting money back??? This doesn't make any since to me. Again WHY?????????
Return policy is set by the store. It can be anything they decide it should be. If they publish "90 day return" only, then that's the policy, and you may be stuck with your item. There are no laws about returns, only individual store policies.

SOURCE: ilo 32inch LCD TV
You can find your manual here by filling out the form. The name of the manual is IWT3206 and I found it by doing a google search by typing in manual for ilo IWT320. You have to fill out the form tho and I don't think it costs anything. Don't remember exactly the site I used to find mine but it was a free download. It came from a google search also.
Hope this helps, and this is a great tv. I did not know I had to buy a hi def antenna tho--please post here where you found one and the cost. Thanks

Well, your TV is no doubt under warranty. The only reason I can thing of why they want you to use a DVD player is to find out if the Digital Tuner inside the TV is the source of the problem.
They need to replace the Digital tuner board or the main mother board. Either way, they have to come out to your house to replace a part.
Just keep hammering them of the warranty coverage.
