HOW DO I ROTATE MY SCREEN USING SHORTCUT KEYS?

What OS is running? If Windows, there may be a shortcut or Fn key that changes the orientation. Look in the Notification area of the Taskbar for a Display or Graphics icon that will let you rotate the screen to Landscape or Portrait view. It might be as simple as Alt/R or Fn button with a F1 through F12 key with an icon that looks like a rotating screen.

That is a software setting. You probably accidentally hit a shortcut key that rotates the screen.
Go to the graphics options (right click on the desktop/wallpaper), there is probably a rotation option (tab). Set the rotation to normal (0 degrees).
