Generally, the link for your TV to connect to your wi-fi network is looking for the passcode for your wireless router. This is the same passcode that you use to connect your laptop or tablet to the network.

hook the RCA cables to the "input" on the tv and switch your tv to the setting for "aux" (you may have multiple aux inputs like 1 and 2) make sure setting is on aux 1 if cables plugged into aux 1 etc. then put in the ssin numbers fron your router and password then you should be up and running. sometimes you have to set your router to not be password protected and not use a password.

Establishing a password for a linksys router

Most Linksys routers can be accessed using your web browser by typing this into the address bar (Hook your computer into the router using an ethernet (network) cable):

Here are a few typical login passwords to try:

User: admin
Password: password

User: admin
Password: admin

User: (leave blank)
Password: admin

User: (leave blank)
Password: password

Once you are logged into the router, you can visit the settings page to change the login password, or the Wireless Security page to change the wifi password.

Wont hook up to a connection for internet i have wireless asking for a password from belalliant

When hooking your wii up to the internet make sure you are connecting to your wireless network that you have set up at home. Make sure you have the correct password that is set up from your router setup. The password is not usually the same password you use to connect to your router via but a different password you set up from within your router settings. You may need to refer to your routers user manual to set this up.

I lost my password to my netgear, to hook up my second computer?

You don't need a password to hook up a second computer - just plug it in. You only need the password if you want to change the configuration of the router. If that's the case, the default user ID for this model is 'Admin' and the default password is 'password'. If you have a non-default password you will have to reset the router to factory defaults and then login with the default ID/password.
To reset to factory defaults, press and hold the Reset button until the Test LED turns on (about 10 seconds). Release the Default Reset button and wait for the router to reboot

Trouble hooking up router

Wireless May need to be turned on in the router if this is wired and wireless router. After your router is hooked up to your net work with any pc that is connected to it by a wire try typing in your webbrowser this should open the routers web based interface. you may need to look through your packaging for your default password or you can try. admin for user name and admin for password or adminadmin for password. you can also look online for your router brand and model for the default username and password. once you have access to the router then you can turn on your wireless settings and set your encryption typ and passwords for others to use if you choose.

How to hook to the wireless network

I am not familiar with your particular make and model. Normally, you can configure such a router with no password. Many people will say you need a password for security and I will not disagree. However, I think a password is at your option. If there is a password on your device now and you forgot it, I'd try :"Admin". You may wish to check the documentation that came with your device or check with the manufacturer.

Let me know if this works for you.

Password protected computer

Assuming it's a Windows computer...

Try loggin in as "administrator" - maybe you didn't put a password on it.

Here's a page with a list of possible tools.

Consider this - if you haven't used the computer in 4 years, why not just reinstall window on it - it's way out of date, and you probably won't miss any data on it. Just a thought

Good luck
