My headlighs are very dim - 2003 venture

So your dropping battery or alternator voltage before
it gets to the lights

Why is your mission

A dirty or loose ground, thus incomplete circuit

Something in the circuit before the head lights?

You need to unplug one lamp & put your volt meter to
the 12v feed to that lamp & turn them on

If you "don't "drop battery voltage there at the end of the line ,
then you need a wiring diagram to work your way back to
the offender.

So,lack of ground or resistance in the form of bleeding off
volts before the lamps, that should get full battery supply

How do I change the fog light bulb on a 92 Pontiac Grand Am?

I'm only going to guess for you

If you can squeeze under the front of the car or jack
it up to get under there

You should be able to reach up & get the lamp out
from behind

Need a flash light & some patience to get your hand up there
& figure it out.

The lamp is a halogen I would guess & fairly pricey
Do not touch the glass, hold it with a paper towel

Left headlight

If the other head light works ,it won't be a fuse

Check every fuse in the car, won't take long &
the fuses will protect a complete circuit, not just
a couple head lights.

The light switch has a circuit breaker not a fuse.

Have you removed & tested the lamp it'self

No owners manual? Need that for fuses & bulbs/lamps

Screen on presario 2500 is black blank and won't change

If your laptop appears to boot up and the hard disk LEDflashes, then the problem is probably a back light fault. This can be a faultyinverter or a faulty CCFL lamp. Please click on this link and follow myinstructions to identify the fault and possible fix :- http://www.fixya.com/support/r3598095-faulty_laptop_lcd_screen

HelloYou have to reset the lamp time after lamp replacement. To reset lamp time follow these steps.[1] Press the power button, so that a picture is projected onto the screen.[2] Press the 'menu' button to display the 'main menu' screen, and press 'up' or 'down' buttons to move the cursor to select 'options-2'.[3] Press the 'enter' button to display the 'options-2' screen, and then use the 'up' and 'down' button to select 'lamp runtime'.[4] Press and hold 'enter' button for approximately 3 seconds. The 'lamp runtime' will change to 'time reset [power off]. Note: If the 'menu' button is pressed the lamp time resetting screen will be cancelled.[5] Hold down the 'power' buttonfor at least [0.5] seconds or press the 'power' button twice to turn oFF the power. This will reset the cumulative usage time for the lamp unit into Zero. OK.

I cant figure out how to change the low beam headlight

You didn't say what year it was,so I will assume not
over 10 years old

In that case you remove the entire head lamp housing
to gain access to the back & the lamps you want to
check out or replace.
