Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

SOURCE: unlock my samsung fascinate

Im pretty sure Telus is CDMA and therefore can't really be used on other networks except for other CDMA networks, and even so if you do want to use it on other CDMA networks it is near impossible as Carriers are very stringent on letting people use other devices on their networks. Its like trying to use the EVO 4G on Verizon, although CDMA its near impossible. Hope this answer helps smile.gif
I have heard no because the phone has hardware that is fine tuned to Verizon and/or Telus' networks and frequencies. Cell phones in the US operate much differently than other parts of the world where all you need is a SIM card and your good to go on another network.
Verizon has a CDMA network and AT&T has a GSM. They are incompatible. Even if you have say a T-Mobile GSM phone, it's not going to work on AT&T's GSM network, nor is it going to work on Vodaphone's GSM network in the UK, because in the US the carriers hard code the phones to their networks, and the FCC has regulated different "bands" of GSM here than what is in use in Europe and the rest of the world.

I do think Verizon and Sprint, since they both use the same CDMA data frequencies, do share data networks in many places, but the voice CDMA2000 part of your phone is still hard locked to your respective network.

If you get an unlocked GSM phone in the UK, you CAN use that phone with other carriers in the UK, because they don't make them locked down to specific networks there

How do you pair bluetooth wireless headset to a 2016 UHD series 6 Samsung TV?

Tip & How-To about Miscellaneous
Pairing Bluetooth Devices Posters often ask "How do I pair my Bluetooth ???" Insert whatever device you have at the question marks.

Generally, you need to read the instructions for the camera, headset, speakers or whatever the Bluetooth device is.

Roughly speaking though.

Settings - Bluetooth - Search, on the Android, iPhone, Windows phone, Smart Television, whatever.

With camera, speaker, headphones or whatever the Bluetooth device is, you have to press a button on that device to send out the signal. On my Bowers and Wilkins T6 Speakers, there is a button on the top with the Bluetooth symbol on it. This is the part people usually don't do and ask for advice, thinking it will do this automatically.

When the Android device recognises it, click Pair, and if it asks for a code, the Default is '0000', (four zeros, no quotes).

Why cant i get my computer to dicover my auvio pbt200 bluetooth speaker?

  1. Try playing other audio files. Ensure that audio can play fine from the same audio device when using a headphone.

  2. If Step 1 is not the case, try listening to audio by connecting the speaker to the Bluetooth device using the Aux-in cable. This will isolate if it's a Bluetooth connection issue or not. Remember to disconnect/un-pair the Bluetooth connection first.

  3. If the issue only happens when connecting via Bluetooth, do the following:
    1. Adjust the distance between the speaker and the Bluetooth device.
    2. Reset the speaker to its factory default settings. For instructions on how to reset your speaker, go to the product's support site to view the relevant knowledgebase article.
    3. Clear the current pairing entry from your Bluetooth device. For instructions on how to clear the pairing entries, consult the user's manual of your Bluetooth device.
    4. Try re-pairing the speaker and the Bluetooth device. For instructions on how to pair the speaker with the Bluetooth device, go to the product's support site to view the relevant knowledgebase article.
    5. To further isolate, try pairing the speaker with other Bluetooth device.

  4. If the issue happens when connecting either on Bluetooth or Aux-in, please contact Creative Customer Support via email.
Note: Creative Bluetooth speakers do not need any driver to operate. You may need to update the Bluetooth driver of your computer's built-in Bluetooth adapter or your USB dongle. To determine whether your computer or USB dongle is updated with the latest Bluetooth driver, please refer to their user's guide or website for information.

Assuming that they're using a smart phone, do the following.

2) Select Bluetooth
3) View Paired Devices
4) Select your Bluetooth speaker
5) Click the little blue information icon beside your listed device
6) Click option "Forget this Device"

Samsung galaxy stellar bluetooth cannot discover my Jam hdmx speaker.

Check that bluetooth is turned on, on your Samsung Phone which is likely but make sure that your phone is set as visible to all devices. Then try searching again for the bluetooth speaker.

Want to use a wireless speaker via bluetooth. How do u turn on the bluetooth? I push the FN, and F3 and get 'no device'. I need to 'pair' the speaker (HMDX Jam Wireless). Well, help

Does you laptop have Bluetooth? Open start menu, search, type Buletooth, Does it come up? OR, Open Device Manager, Network Adapters, is Bluetooth adapter listed? OR, Open Services, do you see Bluetooth? If you find the Bluetooth Software, open Settings.

Earpiece not working after hooking it up with a bluetooth speaker

Go to Bluetooth settings and turn on Bluetooth.
The paired devices will be shown.
Delete paired device or unpair device .
This should solve the issue .

Since the mobile is paired with the Bluetooth speaker every time a call comes in the phone automatically connects to the Bluetooth speaker.

Switching off the Bluetooth speaker may also work.
