try to insert your m2 memory card to other card reader device and check if it can be recognized. then scan for possible virus infection or reformat your m2 memory card.

if still no change, clean the contact pin from your m2 card. use metal folish liquid solutions to clean the copper contact pin of m2 card.

If you have a printer icon in the quick-start portion of the task bar (lower left corner of the screen), Mose over it and see if it's for the Epson 4800; if so, right click the icon and you'll see the maintennce services listed
