Question about Dishwashers
Basically, the dishwasher was working fine up until a couple of weeks ago when it just will not fill with water; it drains fine having filled it with water manually and switched on, all the water gets drained away. I've replaced the aqua stop tube as I thought this was the problem as I could see the voltage being sent to the tube to open the valve (used multi-meter) but it did not let any water in. Same problem after buying a new aqua stop tube. I've now opened up the sides as well as the back and I cannot see any obvious reasons for the problem. The lights flash in so-called sequence 1 which is the water inlet fault.... Water is definitely coming out of the pipes to the aqua stop tube as I switched the tap on and happily got lots of water pouring out before I reconnected the tube and continued on.....
There may be a filter after the aquastop pipe which is blocked. This is usually at the back of the inlet valve. Also, the inlet valve may no longer work.

most bosch have the inlet valve at the end of the fill pipe and it has an anti-flood device.
try turning off the water, take off the fill pipe then reconnect it and see if this works.
taking off the fill pipe resets the anti-flood device

SOURCE: Dishwasher won't wash
pump is likely gone ......without pressure from the pump .the arms will not turn and no water will shoot from the arm jets .....it's kinda like a whirlpool tub that way .....no pump no bubbles ..good luck

check the following- remove the wires from the fill valve.close the door and start the unit.u should read 120 v as u start the unit.if u read 120v then fill valve is bad.if not then chk and make sure the float is sitting completely down and float sw is closed.the power to fill valve goes throug this sw.if all is ok and still there is no power then u may not be getting power from cntrl board and control board could be bad.but that rarely happens.turbidity sensor does not affect the fill operation.good luck.

this sounds like a improper install ! ck to see if the drain hose outlet is lower than bottm of tank. it should drain to the disposal . and have a drain loop under sink .. the dw prosser is sensing that the drain is longer in time so it flasher inlet fault . . elevate the drain and try again ..if it drains to a lower use a stand pipe or a siphon brake . in the install .. mm

Testimonial: "The drain is working. It fills but doesn't start the washing, just comes on with the fault light. Could it be a faulty control panel? Or ???. Thanks."
