Question about Water Heaters
Is the water warm at all? How are you able to tell that the boiler is working? If this water heater has an upper and a lower element then one or both may be burnt out. If only one is burnt out then you will usually have warm water but not HOT water.

There is a device on the boilermate called an aquastat which controls the flow of hot water into it. Replace that and you should be up and running again. Joe.
