Craigslist is always a good place to start. It's quick and simple at craigslist.org. Local newspaper also get a bunch of looks. They probably have a link on their website. Someone's there are other companies that will advertise for you such as the "Veridian Swap Sheet" although that one specifically has a very limited local range.

Cord doesnt work where do I get a new one

The cost is usually; too high with shipping to replace a cord. You may be able to get it from a rummage sale. Getting replacement parts for electrical componets usually involves a ship from area somewhere in China. Stay safe and purchase a new frying pan on sale at target or kohl's.

I bought it at a rummage sale and what a manual for it where can i get one? And is different from the TI 30X 11?

You can download the TI-30Xa guidebook from the manufacturer's web site at
http://education.ti.com/calculators/downloads/US/Guidebooks/Detail?id=6132

The TI-30Xa replaced the TI-30X within a year. The only enhancement was the added Constant key.

The TI-30XII, introduced about five years later, is a significantly different calculator, incorporating, among other things, a two-line display.

Can I get replacement parts for the Popomatic Trouble? I am missing red and blue pegs

I don't think you can but replacement parts. Best thing to do would be to go to garage sales, rummage sales, ebay, etc. to find a game that has the parts you need and get them for cheap.

Believe it or not, the rails will not lock unless the bottom is slightly raised up. Then you can flatten the bottom. Unlocking works the same way, be sure that the bottom is lifted up partially. Hope that helps, I had the same problem.
