Please can someone help me? My korg n5 stopped working the arpeggiator when I trigger, does not emit sound and the indicator LED does not light. I thank you.

You should reboot the Korg. If that doesn't fix it, it's a hardware problem and will need to go to the shop.

How do I repair or replace a Korg i3 piano keyboard's display light?

If it's just the backlight, and you're good with a soldering iron, here's a link to the supplier I use. http://www.telesisgear.com/id16.html
This Youtube video will give you an idea of what's involved even though it's for a different instrument

What screws need to be removed to get inside the keyboard to replace power supply input jack

Flip the keyboard on its back and remove all screws with an arrow.

If no arrow, remove all on outside edge.

The jack should be easy to replace but you may need a soldering gun.

My Korg PS60 sounds veey low with Headphones . i didnt plug it to an Amp yet ( Id just receve it yesterday ). Headphones Sounded also just in one side. I had to buy a Plug Stereo converter . Is this...

It is NOT normal... Apparently one side of the audio drive is bad, Take it in for WARRANTY repair immediately. Also read your manual in regards to "Panning" and any settings for it.

My ps60 has a high freq noise with a regular pulse pattern it does this thru mymixer and also when i plug it direct into amp cheers Brian Garbutt

Hello Brian, It could be a ground loop problem, I usually get something similar when connecting a laptop to an amplifier. You can purchase ground loop isolators from car hifi places which are used to take ground loop problems out of car audio systems. They are very cheap so maybe worth trying this first. I got one for £12. They have stereo RCA input/outputs and require no power.

Hopefully this is of help to you.

How to perform a factory reset?

1. Power-off the PS60.
2. While holding down the four PERFORMANCE buttons and the OCTAVE DOWN button, power- on the PS60. The PS60 will be initialized, and the factory-set data will be written into internal memory. The display will indicate "Initializing..." while data is being written. Never turn off the power while this indication is shown.

I am trying to get the LED darker so I can see it outside in bright area. How do I do it -KORG PA 50 Keyboard

Try as you might, there doesn't seem to be a contrast control on this unit.

Things to try:

Shielding from light.

Polarizer similar to those used for privacy on computer screens.

Try a color filter, possibly orange.

Maybe a good old umbrella as silly as it sounds... there just isn't any way to darken the display.

The display by the way is NOT and LED, but a LCD on this unit.
