Why is my Sansui Sv2918 tv constantly blowing the line output transistor

I changed the line transformer and scan coils but the problem persist.I know you get such problem with a 4.7 micro cap on the line driver but this one has a ceramic cap instead. Does anyone has a solution?

Try using a higher voltage for the replacement cap. Usually factory uses exact voltage but that can not handle surges.

No heater for tv model no.SV2918

Check the continuity of the CRT heater [pin 1~8]. If it is found open, no need to proceed. If it has continuity, check the AC voltage there when the LOT works. Should have about 6.2VAC. If not, check all the solder terminals and series resisotr. connected to this bus. Check and replace damaged component/s at its horizontal scan output section circuit. Check the LOT (Line Output Transformer) too for damage. Replace the horizontal scan output transistor. Check the input voltage to LOT. If the voltage is absent check the feeder resistor; if any. If you wish to get some details; check the site linked here. Pull up older posts.

Desolder out the horizontal output transistor, and now power on the set. If the set now powers ON, replace the horizontal output transistor. It is faulty. [Collector to emitter or collector to base leak]
