The PLNC1040 is the part number for the handset charging base and not the model number of the unit.
What message are you making reference too, the caller id or the answering machine messages? For the answering machine, the model number is found at the bottom of the main base, for the caller id, the model number is found in the battery chamber of the handset. List that information and I will supply you with the information you want.

It has to be one of these. The charger number you referenced is used on all models covered in the manual.

I had the same problem, took it apart and it was gummed up with some kind of syrup, which I cleaned off with alcohol. Further checking revealed that fuse F1 had blown, and since it was a surface mount fuse, carefully unsoldered it and substituted several strands of about 28 gauge wire (should be about 3 amps at 6 volts). It apparently works fine now, will report back if any problems...

We have a Panasonic KX-T7633 phone system and the ability to receive our voicemails via our email. Do you know of a way to delete the voicemails off the phone without actually listening to them on the...

The voicemail system has a Class of Service option to delete or forward messages that are left on the system. If you set it to delete all heard messages (old message) or unheard messages after X days, it will delete them. You can move mailboxes into different classes of service so they have variable expire times.

How do I retrieve deleted messages from my telephone answering machine

I am sorry. Your answering machine has about 14 minutes recording time. Space is limited. After you delete a message to make room and new messages are recorded, so old messages are pretty much shredded and un-retrievable.
But even if the message memory has not been totally rewritten, I believe deleted message are lost for ever. That is what I read on the manual for a GE or Panasonic phone user manual.

I hope I am wrong.
