Question about Lands Phones
The PLNC1040 is the part number for the handset charging base and not the model number of the unit.
What message are you making reference too, the caller id or the answering machine messages? For the answering machine, the model number is found at the bottom of the main base, for the caller id, the model number is found in the battery chamber of the handset. List that information and I will supply you with the information you want.
