Looks like you've bought a pirate copy (or your activation key has been compromised). Yoou're to contact seller and/or Phantom with a proof of purchase.

If you don't enter the product key within a certain period after installing, Windows XP will expire, and will cease to function .
Check this out. If this does not help, then call microsoft , they will do it for you.You'll have to activate Windows XP again. However, since all your hardware is the same, Microsoft will simply re-issue you the same key.
