SOURCE: Need to locate the pan
I assume your wanting replacement pans, correct? Keep in mind that some prices on replacement parts exceed the value of the machines themselfs. If your machine is more than a few years old it might be more economical to replace the machine. This pan sells for $27.95 on the Wolfgang puck website. I did not see it any where else.On his site navigate to aplliances, then to bread makers and click on the picture of the breadmaker and it will open to where you can see the pan.
Here is the link.

SOURCE: Stupid question but how do
Hi, from the photos I see on the web, it looks like you hold the salt chamber and then unscrew the nut on the top of the unit. I would say that you need to then pour out the salt into a small container, and then grasp the bottom (pepper chamber) and pull up on the salt chamber to separate it from the bottom chamber. Fill the pepper chamber and then replace the salt chamber and fill with salt, replace salt cover and then replace nut. I hope this helps.

SOURCE: Looking for a power cord
Replacement parts for BRGG0010-0020 can be gotten from the cookware site below but your particular model of the grill seems not to be available.
So my candid advice would be to get in touch with their customer service and ask for their help with getting the power cord for your particular indoor grill.
I hope this helps you.

Kinda sounds like to me you got Wolfgang Phucked. I was looking into purchasing one myself but 300 bucks sounds a little steep for a oven that may go out in 6 months and then cant find parts for. I did find an element company that will custom make elements. I did not bother checking prices. Just do a search on elements. Thanks for the post.
