Sounds like the hot water valve is turned off, If you are in A House with A basement go down and touch the pipes in that location and see if you can find A hot one . Then follow it along until you find A valve.Put your hand on the other side of the valve and see if it is hot be careful they can be very hot if it is hot continue along to the next valve and so on. If your in an Apt there should be A valve under your bathroom sink turn it on.This should be your first step in A House or Apt.

- Make sure that the filled water container is in the appliance.
- Turn the program selector to "On" with lighting and place a container under the hot water spout and another
under the steam spout.
- Press the hot water button, turn the steam selector counterclockwise and dispense hot water until it flows in
quiet, continuous streams.
- Press the hot water button again.
Turn the steam selector clockwise to o, to turn off the water.
If this doesn't do it for you, you are doing it wrong!
