Lay out hose straight as possible in water and see if hose has "memory" to twist one way or other , this causes swimmers to turn over , also ck speed if it's over (point) .5 inch per second then swimmer is set too fast , slow setting

A coupe of things you can try. Either add one hose length or take one off. If that doesn't help, you can reverse the hose positions.(take the first one off, and put it last. Change all of them) Also, changing the amount of suction may help.

Probably not getting enough suction to hold it down on the bottom. Have you backwashed your filter ? Try that and see what happens
