The liquid might have entered into the front panel control board; and micro-switches. Milk won't evaporate like water. The front panel of the TV should be taken out to clean it. Contact any service technician, as this work can only be done by opening the TV.

It sounds as though the TVs in a demo mode. Has someone recently been over and was playing with the remote. If so go into the menu of the tV set and look for set up and demo mode. Turn off the demo mode. if this doesent help call i-866-427-3946 and talk to the customer service deptartment. Good Luck
