Question about amazon.co.uk
It was charged to my account and I was sending it in another person's name who shares the same address as I do. The order states that these items were delivered to the address on 5 November 2014. Our post person states that she did not have such items from Amazon to our address as of 6 Nov 2014. What can be done next? All of my previous orders have arrived on time and as stated from Amazon.

Contact Amazon and ask them who the carrier was and what the tracking number is then go to the carrier website and track it. Look for who signed for the package.

I hope you will be able to find a way top recover your losses but, it may be well worth cutting your losses and moving forward. If you have not done so already try to contact the seller there is always a chance that they will send you another dvd but, it may be a very slim chance since so much time has passed since your initial purchase.
