the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

check your network from the computer, the roku should be listed as connected to the network map. If not, then your wifi or wired connection to your router is disconnected.

Try null start reboot of TV and MODEM , turn off unplug wait 10 sec. ( if modem separate ) unplug all devices including ether net connection cable tv ect. Off 10 before repower connect what ever runs TV 1st this will cause network refresh, some modems have battery back up should reset, try net flix nothing else if it come up plug other devices in the order ether net second repeater wireless check each one before you continue , Is Neflix the only problem if not call signal provider IE , CABLE DISH who ever if you are on a net work have them test your your IP /SUBNET MASK /DSN and see if theirs a problem. Good luck let me know.

Can't connect to TV

Most connection problems that prevent streaming occur on the device itself, or on the home network. In a nutshell, we will have you test the Internet connection on the device, log out and back into Netflix, restart your device, and restart your home network equipment.
Select your device from the list below for steps tailored to your device:

  1. Test the Internet connection on your device
Many devices have an application to test the Internet Connection. If not, try opening the application store or another Internet-enabled application and check if your device is able to reach Internet services.
    • If you are unable to connect to the Internet, you may be having network connection issues.

  2. Restart the device
Restart your device by unplugging it from power for at least 10 seconds, then plug it back in and turn it on with the power button. Restarting the device is often enough to restore your ability to connect to our service.
Note: All devices are different. Some may take up to 15 minutes to fully restart.

  3. Disconnect and Reconnect the Netflix application
These instructions will work on most consumer electronic devices with the Netflix application.
    1. Launch the Netflix app.
    2. Using the arrows on your remote, enter the following sequence:
      • Up, Up, Down, Down, Left, Right, Left, Right, Up, Up, Up, Up
    3. Select Deactivate and exit the screen.
    4. Restart the Netflix app and sign in to your account.

  4. Troubleshoot your Internet Connection
