If you can not remember the windows admin password, try to reset it with a reset disk. Free download windows password Recovery from http://www.windowspasswordsrecovery.com and there is a .iso file included. Burn the .ISO file onto a blank CD which is so-called windows password Recovery disk. With this disk, you can reset windows password without erasing anything
Oh, I just helped my friend reset his acer winodws 7 password yesterday. Here I tell you how I helped him reset windows password.
Although many methods to reset windows password, we need to choose the best one, I think use windows password reset tool is easier, and I adopt Windows Password Reset. Here are the steps: Step1:Download and install Windows Password Reset . Step2:Burn Windows Password Reset ISO file to CD/DVD,or USB. Step3:Put in your newly created CD and remove your Windows Password.
If you have to use the CD/DVD's for recovery then you will have to buy or borrow a usb connected CD/DVD reader/player.
Using Acer eRecovery by following these steps:
1.Click Start, and then All Programs 2.Click Acer, and then Acer eRecovery Management 3.You may be prompted to enter or create a password. This password will be required to use eRecovery in the future. 4.In the next window on the left toolbar, select Restore. 5.Choose Reinstall Drivers or Applications 6.Choose Contents 7.Choose the driver or application you wish to install 8.On the right, click the Install link and follow the prompts. 9.The computer may restart when installation is complete. If it does not restart, manually shutdown and restart the computer. Note: For older Acer products, the Acer eRecovery Management program may not be available.
If you do not have a set of Acer Recovery Media, they may be purchased from our Acer Recovery Media Order Form.

Looks like you need to install Windows from scratch. You need a Windows installation CD and the product installation code. After Windows is installed you need to install the Acer Aspire 1650 device drivers. If you cannot connect to the Internet then you need a computer that has Internet access to download the device drivers and install them on your Acer.
Download the device drivers from the Acer WEB site. Makesure you select the model of your laptop the drivers you that require thatmatches the Windows version that is installed on your laptop. Use this link toget to the Acer support: - http://www.acersupport.com/drivers_download.aspx
You most likely can't. OEM system builders...HP, Acer, Lenov, DELL usually don't provide a recovery disk with their laptops so they can charge you later when you need it. This is done to keep their costs down and increase profit.
Most cases, when you got your new laptop, there were instructions to "Create Recovery discs". But 99% of most users never do.
Result: you will need to call Acer and order the recovery discs or see if anyone has them on ebay/craigslist cheaper. Acer is best bet, so you don't end up with wrong or non-working discs and prolong your problem. Should be about $25-50 including shipping.
You need to reinstall Windows again from scratch using the Recovery CD, if you have not got it you can purchase one from Acer.
Otherwise you nee a Windows installation CD with the product installation code and after you have installed Windows you need to install the device drivers for the devices that are installed on your Acer.
You can download the drivers from the Acer WEB site Make sure you select the model of your laptop and the XP or Vista version of the drivers you that require matches the Windows version that is installed on your laptop.
